Hockey Northeast

The Northstars are proud to announce membership in Hockey Northeast.  The Northstars will join other Hockey Northeast member programs, including the Boston Junior Bruins, Dual State Huskies, Middlesex Braves, River Rats, RI Saints, Valley Jr. Warriors, Western Mass Blades and the Connecticut Bobcats to form a new premier hockey league here in New England.  Hockey Northeast will feature USA Hockey National Bound registered teams playing at the Tier 1 Elite AAA level.

Hockey Northeast will include highly competitive divisions at each age level, Mite to Bantam Minor, with an anticipated 32 game regular season schedule as well as league playoffs. Bantam Major will play a 16 game short season schedule as well as playoffs.

Also new for the 2011-2012 Season - All Mite and Squirt level teams will be full season teams.  This means "No" home town commitments.
